The next step is to sign a reservation agreement (preliminary purchase/sales agreement). Having reserved the apartment prior to active construction works, you still have the option to customize your future apartment by combining two smaller apartments into a larger one, to add a fireplace, to amend interior design.
To reserve an apartment, a reservation agreement (preliminary purchase/sales agreement) should be signed, as well as, a percentage of the total apartment value should be paid as a downpayment. This ensures your preliminary right to purchase the reserved apartment. This first instalment can be cancelled and refunded in full. Within 3 to 6 months after the reservation agreement was signed, the second downpayment is due which ensures your individual conditions for apartment acquisition. The second downpayment is non refundable.
As the building is put into operation, the signing of the purchase/sales agreement is due, the remainder of the purchase price is being paid and your ownership rights (title) of the apartment are registered. It is now that you become the owner of your apartment.
